This totally safe pickling powder is Citric Acid Monohydrate and is a 100% non-toxic food grade material. In fact it's so safe you can bath in it as one of it's uses is for creating bath bombs!! In a controlled experiment that I conducted in my workshop it worked equally as well as Picklean, another safe pickling powder on the market.
